Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanging and returning products is guaranteed for all our customers and it includes all the products displayed on our store.

All the products displayed in our store are eligible for our exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The product can be returned or exchanged if it's in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

Returns must be made within three (3) days and exchanges must be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us through our "Contact Us" page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

Please take a picture of the product and send it along with specifying the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is spoiled, has a specific defect, or cannot be used as agreed upon.

The full amount will be refunded to the customer in case the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.

We are not responsible for any expectations of product usage by the customer that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.

30% will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and there are no defects or any significant problems to mention.
